Robyn is a C-Suite HR executive with over 20 years of experience working across executive teams and boards.

She is a CEO confidante with a no-nonsense approach to People & Culture, combined with a strong belief in the link between individual and organisational performance.

With cross-industry experience spanning banking and finance, gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, management and technology consulting, she brings both strategic perspective and practical delivery.

She is strategically focused, tactically minded, and passionate about being hands-on. Robyn focuses on what actually drives performance, cutting through complexity to get to what matters

Andie is an executive HR practitioner with a diverse career spanning Universal Music and Eurosport in London, followed by senior roles at Foxtel and MYOB in Australia.

Leading the Impact Experts consulting practice, Andie brings a practical, commercially focused approach shaped by experience across both corporate and operational environments.

After eight years building, scaling and ultimately selling her own business in 2024, Andie understands first-hand what it takes to run and grow a business under real pressure.

She combines HR expertise with hands-on operational insight, delivering clear, grounded solutions that drive both performance and process.

Toni Flynn

Toni is the HR executive who will guide your business through change, growth and workforce transformation.

She has worked across the full spectrum of People & Culture, including mergers, acquisitions and divestments, as well as building and scaling culture and accelerating growth across complex organisations.

TP partners with CEOs and executive teams to shape people strategy aligned to business priorities, delivering practical, commercially focused outcomes.

An authentic communicator, she achieves results across operational and cultural boundaries through an engaging, collaborative and pragmatic style, grounded in strong values and a clear focus on performance.

Deepak Singh

Deepak is a senior People & Culture leader who gets called when the people stuff gets messy, sensitive or starts affecting performance.

He has worked across startups, scale-ups and global organisations, leading complex change, culture, leadership and people initiatives across Australia and APAC.

Deepak works with founders, CEOs and leadership teams through restructures, performance issues, organisational change, culture breakdowns and rapid growth.

Known for making complex people problems feel practical and manageable, his approach is direct, deeply human and focused on action, helping leaders have the conversations they’ve been avoiding, make better decisions and move forward with confidence.

Ilona Rintoul

Ilona is an experienced People & Culture professional, AMDRAS-accredited mediator and leadership coach with more than 20 years’ experience across HR, conflict resolution, leadership development and workplace culture. 

With nearly a decade specialising in mediation and complex workplace conflict, she helps leaders and teams navigate difficult relationships, conversations and behavioural issues affecting performance and culture.

Practical and pragmatic, Ilona works across workplace mediation, conflict coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness and culture. She is particularly skilled where conflict is entrenched or relationships have broken down.

Combining deep HR experience with insight into workplace dynamics, Ilona helps leaders address difficult issues with confidence and build healthier, more effective workplaces.

Ashley Hayden

Ashley brings more than 30 years’ experience helping businesses sharpen strategy, accelerate growth and serve customers better. 

His corporate career spans senior marketing and general management roles at Bunnings, Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt Power Tools, where he led major commercial and go-to-market initiatives.

Today, Ashley advises and coaches businesses across trades, manufacturing, services and hospitality, combining marketing strategy, product expertise and hands-on execution support.

A business owner himself, Ashley understands the realities of customers, cashflow, brand, people and execution. Practical and commercially focused, he brings a grounded approach and a strong commitment to successful client outcomes.

Andrea Hayden

Impact Partner Expert: Executive Coach and Fractional Chief People Officer

Andrea is a seasoned executive and coach with more than 20 years’ experience across commercial HR leadership, organisational change and people development. 

She combines deep business experience with advanced study in Wellbeing Science and Applied Positive Psychology, helping leaders align people, performance and business outcomes.

Andrea works with executives and organisations through change, leadership development, cultural transformation and succession, bringing a practical and commercially grounded approach.

Known for her ability to understand people, she helps leaders build resilience, strengthen capability and create high-performing cultures where wellbeing and performance can work together.

Karim Djelassi

Executive Director

Karim brings extensive commercial, sales and account leadership experience across technology and professional services. 

He leads the Customer Success function at Impact Experts, working closely with clients to make sure engagements stay aligned, relationships remain strong and the team continues to deliver real value as client needs evolve.

With a background spanning senior roles at organisations including Salesforce, Tableau, Gartner, Optus and Vodafone, Karim brings a strong commercial lens to client relationships and business growth.

He also supports Impact Search, drawing on his earlier recruitment experience and deep understanding of what businesses need from the people they hire.

Sam Micich

Chief Operating Officer & Recruitment Expert

Sam is an experienced business operator with more than 25 years across recruitment, consulting, operations and commercial leadership. 

She spent 14 years as COO of a national recruitment business with annual revenue of $200m, leading operations across a large and complex organisation.

Sam works with leadership teams to turn strategy into execution, bringing structure to operating models, processes, organisational capability and commercial performance. She also brings deep recruitment industry expertise, spanning hiring strategy, assessment, recruitment operations and process design.

Commercially focused and pragmatic, Sam is particularly good at cutting through complexity, working out what actually matters, and turning it into a clear, practical plan. 

Taylah Young

Associate Consultant

Taylah is an Associate Consultant at Impact, recently completing her qualifications in Business and Human Resources and starting her career in consulting.

She brings early experience across HR administration and customer-facing roles, building a strong foundation in recruitment, coordination and day-to-day people operations.

Working closely with senior consultants, Taylah supports delivery across a range of client work while continuing to build practical experience in real-world environments.

Detail-focused and organised, she’s quickly becoming a reliable part of the team, and keeps everyone across the latest Gen Z language, whether they like it or not.
